Wtf !!!!! Ea are * !!!!!!!!!!

For the last 3 hrs I have been trying to talk to someone from ea chat, have spoken to 5 different people. The 1st one made me wait for 45 mins to get my account details up before I quit. The next 4 cut me off just after saying will I wait for them to pull my details up .
