Can't connect to the servers (PS5)

This is the first time this has happened in over 200 hours of play. I've tried:

1 - Restarting my PS5, fully switching it off and turning it on after an hour

2 - Switched off my router, unplugged it and turned it back on after a minute

3 - Rebuilt the database and checked licenses. 

Servers seem up, why is this happening? My account is clean too, no bans.
