Help me please

I’m playing UFC five on my PlayStation five, and I’m loving the game. Thank you.
Now I have an issue, and I need help with if you could help me.

I’m playing online and I’m loving it. I’m prestigian., and I get to prestige three. And for some reason it stop adding points to my stuff and I’m like what’s going on. I seen online reports of stuff like this happening so I just need help cause it’s just stopped collecting experience points when I haven’t even completed so I can move to prestige four and continue my journey

Could you please help me?
