Thanks. I have and I keep getting a different agent I’ve gotten about 6 emails and every time I get one it’s always a new question about my issue when I was very clear about the issue to begin with. I’ve had to verify my email twice and I’ve provided proof of receipts and everything the last email I got they wanted me to state where I bought it from even though I’ve sent them pictures of the receipts and the person who emailed before that had said they would help me with the PlayStation purchase. They are literally giving me the run around with out fixing the problem I’ve been emailing with them for 3days now it’s getting ridiculous. It really feels like EA stole my money.

We need answers, I too have tried numerous times and no one can tell me anything. I paid £90 for the deluxe version and haven’t received any of the content. When will this be fixed?
Also got the same issue I’ve got like 4 characters that’s are permanently locked even tho I paid for them.
I sent them the issues and got nothing back.
Just got off the phone with someone from Playstation support. After a 2 hour conversation/troubleshooting they were able to escalate the issue and apparently their higher ups had heard back from EA (somehow lol) that a patch is to be released (idk when) where anyone who was having this issue would somehow have the deluxe edition installed automatically. Idk the validity of this and definitely not trying to spread any misinformation. Just what i heard from a playstation agent to hopefully give any of yall some peace of mind.
Also I was wondering if when any of you go to try to download the deluxe edition off the store is it making you try to sign up for some ea subscription for a monthly cost?
Yes it does, it shows I have the standard edition but on the deluxe edition it says sign up to ea play. On my receipt it shows I bought the deluxe version
- @EA_Barry Worst support team ever :/ stop giving us run arounds and actually update us with vital info we paid good money and are being scammed
There is no answers.
Or we should get together and file a collective lawsuit?
- @ILWU_Flores this pisses me off because I bought the delux edition but it only installed the standard and I can’t get even find opponents online
