Pre-order and DLC fighters locked

I can't access any of the pre order bonus ( alter egos + Mike Tyson + Bruce Lee + Fedor + Ali ) its locked for some reason.  [CM - Edited title for clarity]

    Hey folks,

    We are currently tracking an issue that may incorrectly show certain fighters as locked when they shouldn't be.

    While we're working to get this fixed up, you can try rebooting your game as this can help load the affected fighters properly.

    If you've relaunched your game multiple times and are still seeing fighters locked incorrectly, it may be necessary to delete your save file and restart your game an additional time afterwards.

    EDIT: If you've restarted your system and are still seeing locked fighters, please reach out to support directly so they can review the account.

Hi

please help if you can 

I bought the deluxe edition and I have everything except Mike Tyson. He’s locked in the fighter select. 
Fedor and Ali are unlocked.

is there any fix for this ?

    All dlc mike Tyson and all Bruce Lee and all other dlc characters are locked and it tells me to hit add on pack for 29.99 digital deluxe edition that I gave 98 bucks for I don’t think it’s working properly !! Muhammad Ali locked too and I can’t think of the other ones as well fix plz!

      @shepp3087 Ya hopefully they fix it soon I was really looking forward to this and I’m kind of disappointed now because I can’t play with them

      @shepp3087 Hey man i have the same issue here , did y’all resolve anything ? It’s been couple of days now and I still feel like my “deluxe edition” is a standard edition. All my bonus fighters are locked and I didn’t get my UFC points.

        Same issue cover shows the standard edition as well 

        tried online didn’t help told me reset licenses 

        deleted game and only option is to download standard one

    For me its welterweight bruce lee that is locked and i bought the deluxe edition. Hope this also gets looked at and fixed

      Same for me it’s just the welterweight Bruce in the yellow jumpsuit

    I bought the deluxe edition and I have everything except  Bruce Lee welterweight, all the alter ego and the 500 ufc points 

    i've followed your instructions but it doesn't work 

    please let us know how handle this issue

      You don't get Bruce Lee Welterweight with the deluxe edition I don't believe as it states only 3 versions in the description.

        @The_Misted_WolfYeah. Depends on which deluxe version you bought I found out this morning. The one through UFC 4 gives him to you. The one in the digital stores does not. And no way to buy him separately. I’ve not seen the 500 points anywhere but here. I can’t find that listed anywhere for the game other than the Jon Jones pack but has 500 but we didn’t get that, just Jon Jones

      I have the same issue it's a joke paying nearly 100 pounds for something that isint working properly they have had how many years to make a good game

        28.06.2024 i bought, UFC 5 Ultimate Edition!

        And also all additional fighters are blocked!, it says that I just have the Standard Version of the game://.

        When I go to download the Ultimate Edition version in the PS Store it says that there is a conflict and because I have a different version of the game.://

    @EA_Mako All my fights are locked except Ali and then when I got back on now he's locked too. Any fix to this yet?

    Any update on this!? All my egos and fighters are still locked and it’s almost been a week! Spent $99 on this

        @iVladManR @I’ve gotten replies but they were no help at all. They’ve said everything looked fine and to contact PlayStation support and when I did same thing. It’s irritating

    Why cant ye just fix it. I paid for deluxe edition and cant play with ali then when i go to download him for free it says i already have it. Pls fix it man i wanna play with ali its been 8 days and nothings happened i just got scammed

      We're continuing to work on a fix for the fighters that remain locked when they should be available.

      We don't have a specific ETA to share for this just yet, but I did want to clarify that we're absolutely still working to get this fixed up.

      Thanks for the patience and we'll provide any updates as we have new info to share.

        @EA_Mako How about making the Welterweight Bruce Lee Available to us that bought the deluxe edition as a preorder ?? No where was it said that if we preordered through UFC 4 we would get that so almost everyone just did it the normal way. It's crazy and unfair. And now we are expected to buy the bruce lee pack for 9,99 to get only 1 character. I mean come on.

    Ive done this already and have contacted ea help multiple times with no solution after 3 total weeks since ive purchased the deluxe edition , honestly would rather have a refund instead of the content at this point
