Usually YouTube Premium rewards are added to your linked EA or PlayStation account a few days after results are verified. Make sure your EA and YouTube accounts are properly connected and you watched the official stream while logged in. If it still doesn’t show up, you can trim and download YouTube video of your stream session as proof when contacting EA support.

Same here they were supposed to give us codes to redeem on PlayStation store for it but can't see anything
