Another career ruined

Will you PLEASE stop randomly adding attribute increases in career mode? I want my guys to have realistic attributes. I just want the championship with a 4 star rating. With no message from coach and no evolution points spent, my footwork magically went up from 4 stars to 5 stars. My fighter went from having a fun, realistic career, to suddenly having insane footwork; especially because I already use Hunter as my flow state so now I have to change it to accommodate for these unsolicited upgrades. 
Please don’t mess with our fighters ratings if we don’t do something to say we want it, or if it’s not the outcome of a text response.
