Ground game exploit

When a fighter tries to ground and pound in the mount position, there is an exploit that the defender fighters use to not get hit. They quickly move the head from side to side covering the head and this allows them to get literally no damage, if the attacking fighter that is on top, throws a straight punch it will miss and the hooks dont do damage since the defender is covering the head and swaying quickly the head. This is obviously an exploit that many players do and should be fixed.
