Hello, everyone. So far, we're only seeing this happen to those that redeemed the code on the wrong account. Beta codes are tied to the Xbox gamertag/PSN ID that was used when registering. If you redeem the code on an account that wasn't registered, you will not be able to connect. We cannot issue a new code, unfortunately.
