Have "Look For Opponent" option on the top in Ranked Online

For some reason "Select Weight Class" is the highest option, and not having "Look For Opponent" as the highest option can be quite inconvenient since majority of the time we just want to start a new game. Having to scroll down only once and then select it slows down the flow of starting a new match quickly.
