Holy Breach of NDA Batman

The sheer number of people who obviously don't read the NDA they sign is staggering, it seems like anywhere from hourly to daily people are posting full fight footage from the closed beta to social media sites like X and YouTube 🤦‍♂️

So let me break this down for those who didn't read the NDA or who are simply unaware:

  1. You signed a legally binding contract with EA, agreeing not to record footage or take screenshots of the beta
  2. Your Gamertag/PSN is plastered all over everything to deter this from happening
  3.  If you think blurring the footage or using MS paint to hide your account name is going to save you think again, I'm sure EA has the technology to clean up the footage and reveal that information.
  4.  EA now has legal recourse to sue you for breach of contract(this isn't the first time someone has been sued for leaking a game or gameplay early)
  5.  A ton of people are going to wake up on June 12th or 19th(depending on which version of the game you buy) wondering why they can't connect to the UFC 6 servers and their account has been listed as banned
  6. Moral of the story: DON'T break NDA if don't want your account banned, which will happen

Since I don't break NDA, I'm assuming it's just like CoD; where a message will pop up saying something to the effect of: "Your account has been banned from playing on the UFC 6 servers" or those people will simply not be able to connect to the servers.

I've seen tons of CoD streamers get banned live for cheating, and that same message always appears; so I fully expect a similar response on UFC 6

My advice: Don't break the NDA, and you won't have to find out

As long as you haven't posted footage or screenshots from the beta to social media, I'm sure it's just a sever issue; as many people on the forum have complained about not being able to connect to the servers

Clearly they have no idea what it means to break the NDA lol. As long as your not: recording footage, taking screenshots and uploading them to social media; or mentioning specifics about the beta you're fine.
