I redeemed my code on the PSN app
Since I downloaded my code for the beta on my PSN app on my phone, it doesn’t seem to be in my library. Will it be in my library on my console?

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Most likely, it will be. You should be able to view your orders to see the code being used and download from there.
