I am not so into playing online. I bet I like offline modes and career mode a lot more. And UFC 6 has the flow state thing and all that which makes the game more arcade-like, I personally prefer more realistic experience. Also UFC 5 is sometimes only 10€ on PlayStation.
Well you have more offline modes content in UFC 6. Tbh, flow state only lasts around 12s & it's just a temporary buff for a specific skill, it doesn't affect much the gameplay imo. The whole gameplay is not really based around that feature, and I'm pretty sure the visual effects could be disabled later with updates.
