Sorry to hear you're still having trouble actually getting into the game. Just looking at the account you're posting with currently, you don't appear to have any console accounts linked here. That would mean your PSN/Xbox account is linked to a different EA account, which is likely what's causing the message you're seeing.
If your console account is linked to an older or inactive EA account, you'd just need to get that one updated. Our support team will need to locate and verify the other account before changes can be made, which it sounds like is the point you're at now.
Access is blocked because you're currently using the wrong account essentially. You'd need to locate and use whichever EA account is already linked to your console account. You should be able to resume a case here or create a new case to get back in touch with support so they can take another look with you.
