career mode frozen on "sim to next fight offer"

Summarize your bug Game crashes after declining a fight offer in Career mode, and then accepting the second offer.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Decline any given first fight offer. 2. Accept second fight offer. 3. Game will state `Sim to Training Camp`. Then `Finished`. 4. Game is now frozen.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game becomes frozen and unrecoverable. Must quit the application and restart to continue.
What do you expect to see? I would expect the game to finish `simming` and then return to the Career Dashboard.

Game crashes after declining a fight offer in Career mode, and then accepting the second offer.

Reproduction steps:

1. Decline any given first fight offer.
2. Accept second fight offer.
3. Game will state `Sim to Training Camp`. Then `Finished`.
4. Game is now frozen.

This has been happening to me too on ps4

This has been an issue since day one, I wish EA would actually get serious; and start addressing the game-breaking bugs that have been around since the beta.

Summarize your bug stuck on loading screen in career mode startup. Sim to next fight offer 142 days to next fight offer.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm a 2 time womens champ on my 9th title defense. I went to my next fight offer and it never loaded.
What happens when the bug occurs? constant loading screen
What do you expect to see? results or reimbursement of funds

Ive tried everything to fix this in the last 2 hours and now i just want my money back. 

@EA_Blueberry Yes, it doesn't happen after every fight offer; but it's still frequent enough to be game-breaking. Each time this happens I'm forced to restart the game.

Summarize your bug When I decline a fight offer, my screen freezes and I do not receive an alternative offer.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. I've declined fight offers before with no problem, so don't see how this issue can be recreated.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen freezes, and I do not receive an alternate fight offer. I have to restart the game to be able to play at all because it becomes totally unresponsive.
What do you expect to see? Another fight offer - on a screen that isn't frozen.

I am playing in Career Mode as a Women's Flyweight champion who currently has three declines on fight offers. I've been offered a fight with an opponent who I've beaten three times previously and, quite honestly, I'm bored of knocking her out. Every time I decline the fight though, my screen freezes and I do not get a second offer. I've declined fight offers before (against the same fighter actually, but only because I didn't want an immediate rematch), so this is new to me. Normally, I would say "Why am I even been paired at all with someone I'm 3-0 against", but right now, just content with not having a frozen screen.

Doesn’t work. Tried 5 times and my game still freezes at the exact same time . I literally can not progress in the career mode . It freezes everytime I sim to next week .
