No; the problem is with Step 2. After choosing the gender, the image uploader itself doesn't work. It gives a short loading wheel and then does nothing. Hope this helps you solve the issue. ( - OP's alt)

If you hold CTRL on the keyboard and zoom in and out with the mouse wheel does that help? We've seen that work for those experiencing trouble with the site.I'll try it out - will update soon
It has been in the same condition as you and others for about a week.
I think there is a problem with the Gameface website.
Yeah, it's definitely the website. I've tried every solution under the sun across 3 browsers and 2 computers, under 2 separate accounts, and nothing's changed.
I got the same sort of thing going on except it will let me upload just won’t let me get past step 3
