how do i switch my email in game to a new existing email on ps4

whenever I start up the game it asks for a password and the email is not available to change.....my email is from an account long ago and I wound like to figure out how to change it to my newer accou...

    My info is correct and up to date on ea.com. it's whenever I start up the game somehow it's has an old email from years ago that has been deleted. And it won't let me change emails in game. Like my ps4 has somehow got my old email and can't figure out how to link my new email so I can play online
