If you are sure that your accounts and subscriptions are proper then we are most likely looking at temporary connection issues from our side.
in order to access the online features for this title your account on PlayStation network must be signed in and you must be signed in to the EA servers
I have been playing just find for months switching accounts and playing madden now it will not allow me to go between accounts with out closing the app.
Please help
