Sometimes, they just have to be proactive. Which is why they took out the CAF sharing. They also were facing legal action at one time from Zuffa I believe with EA MMA because they used the names of fighters so you could make a Brock Lesnar. EA took that out after the talks. THQ was sued over Carlos Condit's tattoo. That is why it isn't in the game. You can't blame them because one lawsuit could likely derail the whole series.
