Yes EA_Barry I've done all of this and I´m still stuck with a loading circle. I can´t believe a company like EA is doing this. If you guys can´t offer a service then do not promise it to users. It´s very frustrating to read here that people are having this same problem for a long time and no one cares to do anything about it. I really don´t know what to expect from EA anymore.

As you can see the problem is the same i wounder if there is any plugin (it used to be one) that you need to install or something (gamefacebrowserplugininstaller) if yes where to download it

God it´s so frustrating this situation. When I purchased the game I would never have imagined that I would find such a problem. I just pray EA can fix the Game Face very soon.

I have the GameFace and Unityplayer plugins installed (Firefox) and set to ask when activated and they don't request permission to function so I am not sure the are still required.

Mr. EA_Barry, I believe EA is a serious company and I need a concrete answer about this problem with Game Face. When I purchased the game, I purchased it with the EA Game Face service included but I'm not able to use it. If I just knew the Game Face Service was off I probaby wouldn´t buy this game at all. This is not fair to the users so please I need to know what is going on and when EA Game Face will be back. Please?

Well if so something is wrong then because its not working i installed unityplayer and even maked it allways active and nothing....

also if you are willing to check this youtube video he is using chrome (that not support unityplayer) so that should not be the issue

I have a little update i noticed today

When i open gameface and the loading screen start i can see the cursor moving behing the loading screen then after a couple of seconds it freezes (please check pictures below)

Hope it helps solve this issue

Ulturasepp I´m living this same situation, I purchased this game most because of Game Face and as I can see here EA Sports doesn´t fix it for a long time. EA_Barry from EA Sports never tells us what is going wrong and he even say when EA Game Face will work again I mean if it will work again one day. It´s very very frustrating and I´m already talking to a lawyer about that.

@EA_Barry how does a key feature work for so long, and then one day stop working and months go by, and EA keeps saying the same thing. Its been months since this issue was first reported, and the fact that all we hear is, its not working and we don't know when it will be functional seems a little below a company as big as this. We the consumer deserve better

I do not have an ETA, sorry. I could say an ETA but it would likely be inaccurate.

Nearly 2 weeks since the last post and I can confirm this is still broken. I can't even upload a photo as I'm redirected to https://www.easports.com/gamefaceweb/mygameface which never resolves. Yes I've tried every fix on a dozen links but nothing helps.
This must be a problem in EA's side. Please fix this
