Our Terms of Service team only correspond via email when they're done with the results of their investigation. If you want to talk to an Advisor to check the status of your case or inquire on the account, here are options below. If you contact our Support team at our Help site, select Manage My Account and do not select Banned account as the category or else you'll be routed for an email to the Terms of Service team.

Live-Support I eventually was able to find a live chat option where the person simply informed me there is no info to be had until the investigation is complete. It has been 3 weeks now with the status simply saying "in progress". No explanation as to what prompted the ban, what they are investigating, what they are finding, or an ETA to resolving this.
Having paid for the battle pass this is extremely frustrating as I missed opportunities from last season as well as the current season. Furthermore I am concerned that my account simply remains incorrectly banned and I get no explanation or appeal to the matter.
