Can you both let me know what browsers you're using, if you've tried Firefox or Chrome, if you've taken a picture in front of a blank white wall with no other objects behind you? I've seen players have success fixing this by reinstalling their browser too. If you've tried any steps in this thread, please share them with me so we don't have to repeat the same ones. 👍

I actually gave up and uninstalled fifa instead it seemed easier! not even kidding.

Nope just go install firefox for free on their website and do it that way. Works
