Did you already use up all 10 hours of the trial?

  • yes I did that is all gays are giving very fun game good job but can you guys add move list when you online it will be helpful for beginners thank you

  • @EA_Aljo Will you be doing anything about the people who currently cant play the trial due to the error "do you own this game or app?" Wouldnt mind knowing that you arent bothering to fix it so I can stop wasting my own time trying to.

    @jackkellybob 

    If you used up all 10 hours, you'll need to wait until the game releases to keep playing. The full game isn't available with EA Access currently.

  • @EA_Aljo Im also having this problem and as it’s not letting me download from the EA access app it makes me download the trial from the store which then proceeds to not work when downloaded.

    Do you have an EA Access subscription? What happens when you try to download it through EA Access?

  • @EA_Aljo Yes I have an EA access subscription I have done for a number of ears and when i try to download it from the app it says download failed then redirects me to the app store where i can install the trial

    Is installing the trial from the store working? That usually is a good alternative when there's difficulties with downloading it through the EA Access app.

  • @EA_Aljo Yeah that’s what i’ve had to do since it’s not letting me download from the app it redirects me to the store where i have to download the trial but when it does download it says ‘you don’t own this game or app’

    Try going to the online store here. Do you see the option to download the trial? Also, I'm about to head out for the day and won't be back until Monday. If that doesn't work, I can continue to help with this tomorrow or you can contact an advisor by messaging @EAHelp through Twitter or opening a case here. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into this for you.
