If you want to 1vs1 on the same console then another option would be Fight Now.
If you want to play against each other on the same console, then you could choose the Knockout Mode, which is basically your traditional fighter game where you can play several rounds against each other.
With the PS4, do make sure the 2nd player presses the PS button on the controller to login with his Playstation account.

Unfortunately not. Sony ties the files to the user. So you can't save it to a USB and download it to another account.
