UFC 4 profile shows offline

My profile in UGC 4 shows offline, but I can still play online.

Trying to make changes tby going to the right side of the game screen results in

Error: Invalid process. (3)

The same thing happens on my account in another XBox. I have removed the game and reinstalled with no luck fixing.
