I got to play the trial but it always said my player profile was offline and then when i clicked to go to my player profile it gave me an error that says invalid process. ( 3 ) also i can play online
Community ManagerLet's start with the basics. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let's see if that makes a difference.
it's not my modem because the ps4 version i downloaded goes onliune and i thought when it fully goes online today it would fix it but screenshot of error this picture is what has been coming up ever since i started playing on the 7th i redownloaded the game multiple times and that still didn't fix it at this point it is unplayable when i can't level up

Have you tried power cycling the console and ran through basic connection troubleshooting? I recommend checking your PlayStation account to ensure your PlayStation Plus membership is still active.

I own the game for Xbox and PS4 and this issue has been going on since ufc 3. I have noticed that when players quit on you or lag you out they somehow affect your status kicking you out from the server ultimately sending you all the way back to the EA login page where you either submit an email or skip it. Once im back in it still will say offline until I enter a ranked match, otherwise I am not able to get coins and level exp. Sometimes this doesn’t work at all and connections go from amazing (pre disconnect) to then horrendous connection (post reconnect) due to / lag out/ player disconnects.
