Unable to use characters after buying

Ok so I bought 3 characters in UFC 4 yesterday and today and somehow I’m unable to use them, in game they are still locked and say downloadable content when it says I’ve already downloaded them.

i don’t know if the problem is that I got the ps4 disc and am using it on a ps5 also I bought 2 characters from the ps app so I’m unsure if there the problem, anyone know how to help me?
