Why am I only scoring 2 pts every win on online championship

So my Internet was acting up and I was division 19 and I kept playing until I was in division 1 in rankings.....now after every win I only score only 3 pts in division.....I went on a 26 fight win streak and I was still in division 1 please help....I even deleted the game and downloaded it again thinking it was a glitch...and again this happened a month ago
