Why does ''player hub is no longer aviable'' for the ea sports world?

Hi, I have created a 3D game face but I need to upload photos to create a boxer whith my face (fight night round champion), when I try to upload a photo, ea sports sends me to the main page again and tells me that the player hub is no longer avaliable. I read that I have to click in add gadgets but that opcion dosen't appear in my homepage of ea sports.

I would like to know if ea just deleted that option and it dosen't exist any more or what happened because I have been reading by the past week about this problem and there are no solutions.

The thing is that I can download existing boxers or put new boxers to my booklist but when I try to click in creat boxer and I choose the third option (download my photos from ea sports) tells me that I don't have any, but I uploated two to creat the 3D game face.

I have FIFA 13 and there was no problem to download my 3D game face. so that means that is not the same the 3D face than the photos I need to creat a boxer

    Make sure that when configuring your Game Face for UFC that you choose the 'Fighter' face type.

    Sorry but you didn't understand. My game is FIGHT NIGHT CHAMPION. When I click on 'upload my boxer' in the FNC page it sends me to the easports mainpage and says : 'player hub is no longer aviable'. What does that mean? Please explain.

    Please just try it yourself. Please don't answer me asking me if I did well all the gameface process because I need to upload photos. I did my gameface in the UFC mode but it dosent work for FNC!

    Hi!! I already have the gameface made. In other games like FIFA it works. The problem is with FNC.
    I have seen that people made Rocky IV or Maywether but when I try to upload my PHOTO GAME FACE it keeps telling me: player hub is no longer aviable. And I ask again WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

    Please just try to make a boxer with your photo and you`ll understand my problem.

    OPTION 1
    1.- I log in easports
    2.- click services and gameface
    3.- I make and remake again my gameface and IT WORKS!!
    4.- I save my fighter gameface
    5.- I start my PS3 and FNChampion
    6.- I create a boxer
    7.- I choose download photo
    8.- NO PHOTOS FOUND!???!? (go to ea sports world).
    9.- I don`t understand.

    OPTION 2
    1.- I search in google boxer share FNC
    2.- Click on FNC easports
    3.- Click on upload my photo face
    4.- Sends me to ea sports mainpage
    5.- Says: PLAYER HUB IS NO LONGER AVIABLE!?!?!?!?
    6.- I get into my game face and it`s saved correctly.
    7.- I start again OPTION 1

    Is there nobody who can explain this problem!?

    Do you have your PSN ID linked the your EA account?

    If not, the steps required can be found here: https://help.ea.com/article/linking-your-gamertag-psn-id-or-ea-classic-screen-name

    I know this is over two years running, but I recently purchased Fight Night: Champion, and I'm having the same problem. My question is, Is Fight Night: Champion even compatible with the new Game Face?

    I am seeing the same thing.

    my email account in game goes to rich****@yahoo.com with valid Password.

    My origins account is linked to the same email.  If I log into origin with the email and goto account settings and about me it shows my account is linked to my rtkiii PSN ID

    I can go to GameFace and see my avatar yet that avatar does not pull into FNC.  If I try to pull files from that profile it does not work either.

    Please help
