this is not a problem only on non VRR displays, same problem is with VRR/gsync enabled on 120 Hz monitor, I can have steady 80-90 Hz, but only smooth settings is monitor set to 60 Hz amd vsync on, important to note I must disable/enable in menu vsync each time I am starting a stage, anyone found fix for vsync bug?
