1.9.0 - Moments screen empty and unusable after completion

Summarize your bug After completing a Moment and returning to selection screen there are no moments shown and navigation controls not functional.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This has happened twice after 1.9.0 starting from a state of all Moments having achieve Gold medal. 1. Open Moments 2. Filter by medal "none" 3. Choose the only new moment available 4. Complete the Moment and choose "continue" to return back to the main moment selection screen 5. No moments showing and controls not functional
What happens when the bug occurs? See above.. the Moment screen shows nothing and no controls are functional
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to return to the Moments screen and show all Moments with their completion medals.

I have completed all Moments to Gold level.

I received patch 1.9.0 and when launched the game, there was 1 new moment available.
I proceeded to complete that Moment and the issue as described above occurs.

Today, the 2nd day after patch 1.9.0 there should be another new moment and there is, so i complete that one in the same manner described above and the issue occurs again.

I think what is happening is the Moments screen is trying to remember previous filtered list of Moments and as there are now no Moments which have a medal status of "none" it is showing an empty Moments screen (presumably still trying to show a filtered list). No idea why controls are not working.

Attached screenshot shows what it looks like after returning back after completing a Moment.

have confirmed that this is filter related

filter the moments by medal "none" and if it shows only 1 moment to complete, when you complete that moment and return back to the moments area the game will try and show you the same filtered list but this time there will not be any and the list will be empty, at which point controls wont work you cant escape out to a previous screen or re-filter the list etc

I confirm the same can happen even if you don't have an EA Play sub, and complete all playable events with the "None" filter previously selected. This way the remaining grayed out EA Play exclusive event cards will still show, but the navigation becomes locked you and cant even highlight them. One then needs to press the Back button to get unstuck.

Please unmark this thread as "Solved", this bug still persists.
I've triggered it again today after setting a filter for "Bronze", completing the last event listed with a Bronze medal by changing it to Gold, so when back to the Moments menu, I was stuck unable to navigate (no response to navigation input), forced to terminate EA WRC externally.
The OP's reply that was somehow marked as an "Accepted Solution" by moderation (not OP) is actually confirming the presence and cause of this bug. It's not a really workaround or solution, as a fix can only be implemented by CM on a later patch. The only possible workaround atm is to avoid using filters to select+select the single lasting event of that type.
