EA WRC Game will not connect to Racenet

Summarize your bug Game will not connect or recognize race-net. Cross play is disabled and grayed out in game menu. Crossplay is enabled on my Xbox and other games function for online multiplayer as expected. I have restarted the game/reset the console. Issue continues.
