Failed to connect issue on PC via Steam...

Hello, have and played on my Xbox Series X and just checked, it's all working there. But bought the Steam version on a sale I have it installed and can play it, and its logged in.

But when I go to do the moments, I get the error message, Failed to Connect. I've followed all the troubleshooting. and the game is running and working, just can't get into the moments on PC, but Xbox is fine.

Any idea what's going on here, and what I need to do? Thx.
