Fanatec shifter clubsport sq 1.5, Gear assignment failure every time I start WRC

Hi, I've had this error for a long time, it hasn't been fixed yet in the updates, at first I thought it was a hardware fault in my shifter, I took it apart and went crazy for a while trying to fix it, finally I discovered that every time I start EA WRC, the shifter goes uncalibrated and fails in the gear assignment, the first and second gear communicate with the reverse, a disaster, no other simulator causes this fault in my Fanatec shifter. Please fix it because I'm lazy every time I start WRC I have to go around repairing the Fanatec shifter with its calibration.
