Hello,
I play the game on steam launcher and every session which lasts for 1 hour my game freezes and crashes with a UE4 crash report.
The report say LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 684] and so on...I attached a image which shows the UE4 crash report.
If anyone has a fix for this please reply,

For the DXGI_Error_Device_removed and DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG errors, updating or reinstalling your video drivers is advised.
Repairing the game may also help:

- EA app: Click Manage button and then Repair
