Heavy rain effect

Summarize your bug Heavy rain at night make the game almost unplayable. Turning the lights on makes it worse. It only makes the rain drops brighter. You9 have to turn the lights off and follow the weird shinning effect on the road, what also should not be there. In Greece is almost impossible to see.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? With heavy rain seetings on. Rain texture. Worse at night.
What happens when the bug occurs? Rain with lights on makes view of road/stage worse.
What do you expect to see? Better effects and at least the road.

    There is no rain effect on the windshield, only small drops are visible.
    However, what is visible in front of the hood looks like a shower of thousands of meteorites.
    Unplayable in the rain from the interior.
    Pathetic
