Logitech Shifter is unusuble in the latest patch

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The problem is cause by Logitech G shifter, hooked up to a G29 + PC handbrake. The wheel disconnects in any mode while shifting gears (menu, in-game, settings menu)
What happens when the bug occurs? Logitech G29 wheel disconnects from ps5
What do you expect to see? "The steering inout device has been changed" error

I have a mod that turns my Logitech G shifter into a sequential and i initially thought my old shifter + the mod was the cause. After buying a new Logitech G shifter, which cost me $90, I was able to recreate the problem, even with the brand new Logitech G shifter. My whole wheel set up disconnects from my ps5. This happens when i shift up or down (3rd and 4th originally). It has almost 50% failure rate which renders the game unplayable at the moment.... My set-up is G29 + (brand new) Logitech G shifter + PC handbrake
