Logitech Shifter is unusuble in the latest patch

@Jose_JGR Okay to everyone reading. The problem was kinda fixed. No issue with the game nor the Logitech shifters. The issue was the ebay PC/PS4 handbrake. The ports were about to fall and were only hotglued in the chip 🙄. It is now working fine without the handbrake. Now I need a new handbrake to stay competitive
