Summarize your bug Weather effects like snow and rain not triggering reactions with the window screens or cars if the events start with rain or snow before the rally begins (Snow 100% of the time) (Rain randomly)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Begin any rally that begins in snow or rain. rain some times snow all the times
What happens when the bug occurs? if an event starts with snow fall it won't hit the windows but if the weather goes from clear to snowy it will dynamically effect viability like normal With rain It can happen the same way. The rain starts from before the start of the rally and some times the appropriate weather effect (rain drops) won't trigger, but this is ONLY at the start of events. Again. Weather effects that go from clear to rain or clear to snow always trigger, it's only the beginning of events where snow and rain are already present before the event this bug occurs.
What do you expect to see? For rain to effect cockpit viability 100% of the time when raining and 100% of the time when snowing if the event starts with rain or not. Basically a fix because this HEAVILY damages immersion.
This has been an issue since release and really needs looking into.
