Repair option always greyed out

Summarize your bug I can’t repair my car in service area. After messing up my car after doing two stages I can never repair the car. The repair option is greyed out
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just do a rally and you’ll find that you can’t repair the at service areas even when you have massive damage
What happens when the bug occurs? The repair option is greyed out and won’t work.
