Road textures from cockpit view way too bright

To be honest, rally sweden is literally unplayable. The saturation is so high that it looks like staring into a lamp.

I noticed that this only happens on lower graphics settings for me. On High or Ultra presets the issue seems to disappear

  I have Ultra settings and it's still too bright.

Sweden cockpit hard to see road

Sweden works perfectly with HDR monitor but not without it. And Estonia is too bright with HDR monitor.
