Soft Lock only works on WRC cars (PS5)

Steps to reproduce: With the soft lock enabled, try different cars

Wheel used: Logitech G923 calibrated to full range of rotation

Expected result: Soft lock feature works across ALL CARS in the game

Actual result: Appears that soft lock is only applied in WRC / WRC2 cars (didn't test junior WRC). Not on historics, B/A class cars etc. Tried about 10 different cars with consistent results. Not sure if the Soft Lock feature is supposed to match the wheel rotation angle to the cars as well, but looks like every car has the same 540 degrees lock to lock, confirmed by the cockpit animation and wheel turn on outside view.
