You can change the language anytime while playing. Just go to options and then language/time.

The language settings for the front page is at the bottom right.

In-game the settings for the language is in 'options' (bottom right of the game page) and then 'language/time'.

I don't read Russian but when I scroll right to the last item on the list it has a word with the Cyrillic characters, I'm assuming is Russian.
