Das waren erst mal so meine gesammelten Idee. Weitere Vorschläge könnt ihr dennoch mitteilen.

That were only times so my collected idea. Further suggestions you can nevertheless inform.

2) A new superweapon would be great - maybe a tesla one as used in earlier cnc series with an upgrade to super tesla with greater range
3) no upgrades - maybe if all upgrades are already in place, yes.
4) 4x speed of the resources and repair rate - fully support an increase in speed. I'm not sure x4 is the right multiplier, but the principle is great.
5) it would be quickly abused. It is simple to change your default language before signing up so you would find that players would quickly ignore the regionalisation of a world. My vote on this is a definite no.
My alternative additions:
6) Upgrades for base buildings - we have upgrades for defence and for attack but not for main base buildings.
Examples of changes I can think of:
a) An increase in speed of generation of power from the power plants, a greater multiplier if it is connected to an accumulator or crystal field.
b) An increase in speed of creation of credits from an increased refinery, even greater increase if it connected to an super power plant
c) An increase in the speed of generation of repair time for the fighting buildings
d) The command centre to be able to build extra units taking the units from 200 to 250 or 300 and or decrease the cost of attack and or increase the maximum range from 40
e) The def hq/def facility upgraded to increase the speed of movement of the def units when the def buildings are both upgraded - those def units that don't move to have range increased or capacity to hold other units increased.
f) Harvesters to gather resources quicker if they and the attached silos are both upgraded.
g) Special weapons upgraded to increase effectiveness in the damage against designated unit by 50% but only on own base, 25% increase if linked to a neighbouring base.
Like Methuselah I have no idea of the amount of work any of this would entail. I do feel the worlds should be progressing and that a lot of effort has gone into fixing bugs that should not have been there or have been introduced. Maybe the bugs are all squashed (well, I can always hope!)

I suggest you should pay attention to section "technical issues". On Tiberium 26 the supply points production is wrong. I have posted there - but nobody pays attention.
If the world is european - start at 1800, american 6 hours later and so on, adapt the opening to were the world are!
-both faction units are available to player, maybe the other faction units cost slightly more
-the pop cap of the attack is 300, yet only 200 can attack, so that the player can have the structure busters on hold like 8 firehawks or 4 veritgoes
-nod gets a base stealther (cannot be seen, or attacked, cannot attack while on, and slow timer to turn it back on), GDI gets a movement cooldown decrease)
-camping in one place long enough decreases cost of resource transfer and allows building of power cables to share power across all bases
-PvP is required for research points, and forgotten give more resources and no research points
-refineries beside harvesters shorten package time, and increase continuous production.
While minimum 1 attack smallest need 12 cp !
And if you can add more bundles and discounts will be much funnier to buy
Why punish a successful player/alliance? If you're not in the 1st alliance you're not good enough!
One suggestion made is to port the fort killing alliance en masse to a new world where they will compete against other fort killing alliances. (This was part of the original plan for the Vet servers, but didn't happen.)
If you wish to remove the winning alliance you need to do something to give them an incentive to continue playing and with the funds spent and time invested it needs to be worthwhile.
You call it dictatorship, but isn't all rule of government a form of dictatorship by the strongest or the most popular or the ones that win the most votes. The game simply reflects life, not the other way round.
Shows the games getting cliquey and favourite players get everything !!!
