Wrath or Tiberium Worlds

Hi,
Relatively new to the game, so trying to understand what is the difference between a Wrath world and a Tiberium World? I am on a TIb World now and see that a new Wrath one starts this week, so interested to know what is different.

One main difference is the start time - 14:00 UTC is quite late in Europe. Tiberium worlds often start at 10:00 UTC

Another difference is the implementation of 'morale' or 'willingness' to fight of your army. On the last Tib world in September there was no 'morale'. This reduces the effectiveness of your army the bigger the difference between your army level and the Forgotten bases, outposts and camps.
