emergency update nov 27 on several worlds (cp counter stopped)

Dirng the update today the cp counter stopped and i guess it has cost all of us 80-100 cp during the downtime. do we get compensated for that

100 cp = 8*249 funds worth around 1600 funds

For my part i cant logg into the game since yesterday (sunday night at around 11 pm. Since that i only get the load screen, but i dont get into the game anymore. Idea?

During the emergency update the server counters and timers all stopped. The lost cp, resources and credit generation happened with every player equally according to rank.

With regard to compensation, I don't know if it will happen or not.

If you can't log in try clearing the cache and history etc as during the downtime things may have altered in the paths used.
