Few years ago I ordered on Origin full CnC pack..Including new upcoming CnC... After he is canceled EA did not return money... So I payed 70 euro for pack of games worth like 20 at best... When will EA adress this.. Do we still get next CnC or somthing else in compesation...

As it is 'a few years ago' I doubt it. The time for litigation or compensation claims was when they announced the cancellation not 'a few years' later.

My advice, write it off as a bad decision on your part and don't make the same mistake twice.

  • There is no such a thing as expiration date on scam.. They did not offer nothing in return.. If they did people will take it.. they just did not care... :)))

A scam to me and every dictionary site is where someone sets out to defraud you of your money with no intention of offering the goods or services in return. In this case, when they took your money you're not alleging that they had no intention of offering the goods or services you were paying for, just that they decided to cancel the project and didn't give a refund or credit on Origin.

  • Well they sold it for 70 euro.. so people paid 50 euro for upcoming version of CnC... no one get email from EA that they will be refund or offer compesation ... Its a pure fraud... I pay for new BMW in front.. They made dessiosion they wont made it after all.. but ohh sorry u paid allrdy... all best and tnx for the money.. EA should know much better... but hey we live in the world of capitalizm.. eople actualy paid for that goods.. they should not request individualy for refund or compesation, EA shoud do it automaticly... BUT EA is atm worst company in the world... Cheep and greedy

I'd have to see the purchase literature, Generals 2 was going to be free to play so inclusion of it in a pack of some sort would not have affected the cost in any way. I'm frustrated it didn't get done either but it is hard to claim you are owed compensation for something that was never going to cost you anything to begin with.
