BUT when I try to buy Funds it says I am in USA not Spain which I am

having the same issue. whenever i purchase an item it fails and then the entire game locks up.
when i log out and try to log in again it shows all worlds offline.

after a while it lets you log in again, i guess ghosted connection or smh.
please fix.
