Yesterday I did the research. today I found a layout. and could not found the base.

Edit: Resolved.
The construction yard was not fully repaired of one base that in some way was tied to the wanted layout. So the research was done. The new base could not be founded until the construction yard was fully repaired of that base (maybe it had to do with where I did the research).

Does it give a reason why? Some kind of error message? A screen shot of the right hand side of your screen may help the developers, plus one where you try to place a base.

the found new base is grey, it is not active. when I researched it, it was not grey.
there are no error messages.
