Double Packages Added & Double Charged on my Account

I have purchased 50,000 TA Funds on 28/2/18, with these funds i purchased 900 Command Points for 30 days,and x2 2 hours repair times for 30 days, and 4 package amounts for 30 days for the Tiberian 30 world. However you have added an extra 900 Command points and x2 extra 2 hours repair time to my account and have taken double the funds out of my TA funds, i did not, i repeat did not add the extra funds, i want this rectified and my funds to be reimbursed, i will also be contacting my bank tomorrow morning for a cause of fraudulent actions

    This is not the place to discuss financial matters as no-one here as moderators can do anything about it. You need to contact support.

    sorry for the inconvenience. Everything billing related can only be dealt with by the EA/Origin support staff directly. Best is to contact them today before doing a chargeback.

    Make sure to select your country if possible or contact them in english. If telephone is available for you its best to let them call you back, otherwise support via chat is offered. They will ask you some questions for verification and then try to help you with the refund.

    @gamerdruid @Elephterion i was advised by EA support to post here after speaking with them as they could do nothing, as it is an in game feature, and was advised to speak to a developer / moderator.

    Financial matters cannot be resolved here - it has always been the case.

    The issue seems to be past the point at which you purchased the TA funds. You purchased them and obtained them. It is only when you tried to utilize them that the issue has arisen, if I understand you correctly.

    So the initial assessment that it is a financial issue may be slightly wrong! It is still an issue that moderators cannot address here nor can other players. You will need to wait until Monday and maybe @Elephterion will be able to get someone to look closely into what has happened.
